摘要
以CDCl3为溶剂、TMS为内标,测定9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-膦杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)的核磁共振氢谱,选定DOPO、邻苯基苯酚(OPP)和2′-羟基联苯基-2-次磷酸(HPAA)特征质子峰作为定量峰,通过面积归一化法计算DOPO的绝对含量,该方法测定结果误差小于0.3%,具有准确、简便、快速等优点,可为DOPO的纯度分析提供参考。
Using CDCl3 as solvent,TMS as internal standard,the 1 HNMR spectrum of 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phospha-phenanthrene-10-oxide(DOPO)was determined.The characteristic protons of DOPO,o-phenylphenol(OPP)and 2′-hydroxydiphenyl-2-phosphinic acid(HPPA)were selected as quantitative peaks.The content of DOPO was calculated by peak area normalization method.The determination result error was under 0.3%.This method is accurate,simple,rapid,and provides reference for DOPO purity analysis.
