水平井薄层压裂技术在稀油老区油藏中的应用

摘要 针对稀油老区薄层油藏存在的开发难点,从增加泄油面积、控制裂缝高度以及压裂失效问题入手,通过优化射孔方案、优选压裂液、优化压裂设计、以及施工工艺参数,形成了适合薄藏油层的水平井关键技术和薄层控缝高压裂技术以及稀油老区强制转向压裂技术。现场应用效果表明:这些技术解决了薄差层压裂效率低以及邻近高含水油层的压裂保护问题,产量有了很大的提高,降低了部分油井的含水率。 From the prospects of increasing the drainage area, controlling the fracture height and fracture failure, aiming at the development difficulties existed in the maturing filed reservoirs, horizontal well technology, heavy fracture technology, and thin oil field forced to fracture technology, matching to thin layer reservoirs, are formed by means of optimizing shooting project, fracture fluid, fracture design and process parameters. Site application effect shows that these technologies have solved the low efficiency of fracturing and the protection of adjacent high water cut layer fracturing, at the same time the production has been enhanced and the oil well water content has been reduced.
