庄X15井是中石化江苏油田的一口重点探井,该井完钻井深3 200 m,最大井斜68.29°,水平位移2 298.24 m,位垂比1.266 2。该井井斜大,水平位移最长,位垂比最大创下本油田的3项油田钻井记录。正是这3项油田记录给钻井液施工带来了携砂难、易形成岩屑床、易拖压等难点,同时该井三开井段钻遇三垛组、戴南组棕色泥岩易造浆缩径;戴南组底部有不整合面(垂深分别为550 m、1 380 m),阜宁组存在多处断层(垂深分别为1 610 m、1 690 m);阜宁组泥岩易缩径。对此特选用复合有机盐钻井液体系,该体系具有强抑制性,低固相、高密度,润滑性好等优点,很好地解决了该井施工中遇到的难题,使该井顺利完井。
The well of zhuang X15 is a key exploration well of Sinopec Jia ngsu oilfield,with the total depth 3 200 m, the maximum deviation 68.29°, the horizontal displa ceme nt2 298.24 m, the ratio of horizontal to vertical 1.266 2. The maximum inclination, the longest horizontal displacement and the maximum ratio of horizontal to vertical of this well produce3 oilfield drilling records. It is the 3 oilfield records that bring problems such as cuttings transportation, cuttings bed building, easy drag pressure potentially. At the same time the third hole section drilled Threeduo group and Dainan group are easily hydrating and inflating. Dainan group at the bottom of the unconformity(vertical depth are 550 m and 1 380 m).Funing group of the existence of multiple faults(vertical depth are 1 610 m and 1 690 m).Funing formation mudstone reducing diameter. Especially select complex organic salt drilling fluid system, the system has strong inhibition, low solid content, high density, good lubrication and other advantages. The system is a good solution to resolve the problems in the well drilling, the well is completed successfully.
