摘要
本煤化工厂的污水包括气化、净化、甲醇制烯烃、烯烃分离、聚乙烯、硫回收、甲醇、火炬等装置生产污水及全厂地面冲洗水、污染雨水、生活污水等。煤化工装置产生550 t/h污水,该废水的硬度、COD和氨氮含量高。本文描述了采取脱氨塔去除部分氨氮,采取高密度沉淀池的前脱硬工艺除去部分硬度,采用A/O生化和UF+RO中水回用工艺对化工污水进一步处理。通过这些方法保证水质能够满足循环水补水的要求。
The sewage of the coal chemical industry include gasification, purification, methanol to olefins, olefin separation, polyethylene, sulfur recovery, methanol, torch device production sewage and factory ground water rinse, rainwater, domestic sewage and other water. The coal chemical industry device generates 550 t/h sewage. The wastewater have high hardness, COD and ammonia nitrogen. The paper describes that taking the deamination tower can remove ammonia nitrogen, taking the high density sedimentation tank of decalcification process can remove part hardness.Using A/O biochemistry and the reuse waste water of the UF+RO is for further processing in the chemical process. These methods are used to ensure that the water quality meet the requirements of the circulating water.
