基于高校用户偏好的移动信息资源建设模式研究

A Study on the Model of Mobile Information Resources Construction Based on University User Preferences

为了使高校图书馆移动信息能最大限度满足用户需求、提高用户满意率和资源的使用率,作者通过对高校图书馆移动信息用户的信息需求、使用偏好及高校图书馆移动信息资源建设模式的调查基础上,建立高校图书馆移动信息资源建设新模式。新模式具有最大限度满足用户需求和鼓励用户参与建设的特点,同时要求高校图书馆采取多种方式对用户参与建设的移动信息资源进行评价、选择、采集规划以保证资源的质量及资源上传的持续性和稳定性。通过对已有模式的改进,具有用户参与形成的图书馆社会网络平台,一方面满足了用户需求,另一方面优化了馆藏,提高专业信息资源的利用率,实现对高校图书馆移动信息服务工作的提升。结合用户的学科专业或兴趣爱好开展用户参与的移动信息资源建设是今后的发展方向。

In order to maximize the university library mobile information to meet customer needs,improve users＇ satisfaction and utilization of resources, a new model of mobile information resources construction of university library is established in this paper to investigate uses＇ mobile information needs and University Library information resources construction mode. Such a new model has the characteristics of best meeting users＇ needs and encourages users to participate in mobile information resources construction while University Library is also asked to take a variety of ways to evaluate, select, acquire and plan users＇ participation in the construction of mobile information resources in order to ensure continuity and stability of resource quality and resource upload. Through the improvement of existing models, Users can involve in the formation of a library with a social network platform, on the one hand, to meet the needs of users ; on the other hand,to optimize the collection and improve the utilization of specialized information resources ,thus the university library mobile information service is enhanced. Combination with the user＇ s disciplines and interests in the construction of mobile information resources is the future development direction.
