摘要
随着政府各类政策的大力扶持,民办高等教育开始占据我国教育体系的重要地位,随着西方高校学生满意度研究的引入,越来越多的学者将研究的目光放在了我国民办高校的学生满意度上。对民办高校学生管理的满意度进行研究分析,有助于民办高校今后的可持续发展。本文运用管理学相关理论、采用实证分析和归纳总结相结合的研究方法,就"民办高校如何提高学生管理工作的满意度"进行了相关研究分析,提出了树立科学的管理理念、制定合理的学生满意评价体系、构建学生满意调查环境、增加目标管理方法和推进管理主体的专业化和职业化等相关建议,对民办高校学生管理工作的改革有一定借鉴作用。
Presently, with the huge support of the relevant government policy, private higher education in the entire education system of our country occupies an increasingly important position. With the introduction of the western study of university student satisfaction, more and more scholars have an close eye on China' s private university student satisfaction,which have an positive effect on the sustainable development of the private college from now on. By using the theory of management, em- pirical analysis and summarizing the research method,this paper made an analysis of "how to improve the satisfaction de- gree of the students' management", suggested establishing scientific management theory, making a reasonable assessment system of the student satisfaction, constructing a research environment of student satisfaction, increasing management methods of the target and promoting specification and professionalization of the managers and so on, which offer decisive some reference for the reformation of the management of the private college students management.
