摘要
为了最大限度开发虚拟教学团队成员潜力,发挥成员工作能力,提高团队整体绩效,虚拟教学团队必须建立相应的激励制度。结合现代人力资本理论,通过分析虚拟教学团队采取人力资本激励的意义,给出虚拟教学团队对成员激励的过程和难点,从发挥团队文化激励、强化荣誉和声望激励、采取赏识激励和使用成果分享激励等方面设计了基于人力资本视角的虚拟教学团队成员的激励制度安排。研究结论表明:只有保证和提高人力资本的使用效率,充分利用和挖掘人力资本的价值,才能实现虚拟教学团队最优的激励效果,从而提高其创新能力。
In knowledgeable economic period,the enterprise employs the virtual teaching team as a teaching organizational mode to pursuit the human capital integration and technical competitive advantage, but the virtual teaching team' s incentive problem meets the unprecedented challenge. This paper, firstly, expounds the significance of the virtual teaching team' s human capital incentive,then summarizes the difficulties of virtual teaching team' s incentive according to process of virtual teaching team' s incentive and operational characteristics virtual teaching team, and finally, constructs the virtual teaching team' s motivate system based on its human capital.
