电解铝行业多功能行车计量改造设计

摘要 本文主要通过分析,电解铝行业多功能行车产品的使用状况和电解铝车间的计量要求,针对不同结构的多功能行车,提出了不同的解决方案。方案中主要采用电容式传感器满足电解铝车间的使用环境,提高电解铝车间的生产效率,具有很大的经济效益。通过这些解决方案,多功能行车的计量精度得到提升,长期稳定实用性也会提高,减少相关管理部门由于计量问题引起的争端。 This paper mainly through the analysis, the measurement of electrolytic aluminum industry multifunction product usage and electrolytic aluminum workshop requirements, with multi functions of different structure driving, different solutions are proposed. In the main programme using capacitive sensor to meet the electrolytic aluminum workshop environment, to improve the production efficiency of electrolytic aluminum workshop, has great economic benefit. Through these solutions, measurement precision multifunction improve, the utility will also improve long-term stability, reduce the relevant departments due to measurement problems caused by the dispute.
