推荐一种在微机型万工显上,运用CAT软件"几何测量"处理功能,测量多孔组生成中心虚圆直径的精确、简便方法。
A recommendation in the computer type universal tool microscope was made. By using CAT software ＂Geometric measurement＂ processing function, an accurate and simple method of measuring the porous group to form center virtual circle diameter was proposed.
