汽车空调蒸发器芯进出水管结构强度分析

Strength Analysis of Inlet & Outlet Pipe of Automotive Air Conditioning Evaporator Core

摘要 针对某一车型汽车空调蒸发器芯进水管在行驶2万公里时蒸发器芯进水管根部出现断裂现象,利用有限元分析软件Hypermesh,建立蒸发器芯的CAD模型并进行有限元网格划分,以ABAQUS为求解器,对蒸发器芯进出水管进行强度校核。分析结果与实际断裂位置吻合,为蒸发器芯进出水管的前期设计提供一种方法。 Aimed at the breakage phenomenon of one model of car air conditioner evaporator core inlet pipe root occurred when the ear travelled 20 000 kilometers, by using finite element software Hypermesh, CAD model of the evaporator core was established. It was meshed by FEM, and solved by using ABAQUS. Strength check for Inlet and outlet pipe of the evaporator core was done. The analysis results coincide with the actual fracture location. It provides a new method for the preliminary design of the inlet and outlet pipe evaporator core.
