摘要 根据永磁无刷直流电机控制系统设计参数、成本等各方面要求,设计以AVR单片机为主控以及MOSFET驱动电路的硬件平台,提出了一种针对轮毂式两轮驱动电动轮椅的差速控制及驱动方案。综合各项参数设计出合理的差速协调控制策略构成主从控制系统具有平滑启动、速度稳定安全和过流、过压和过热保护功能。本控制系统功能较完善、硬件结构简单、成本较低,实际工程中有一定应用价值。 According to the permanent magnet brushless DC motor control system design parameters, cost requirements, designed to AVR single-chip microcomputer control and driving circuit of MOSFET hardware platform, the drive scheme for a two wheel drive electric wheelchair wheel differential control and. All parameters to design a reasonable differential coordination control strategy composed of master-slave control system has a smooth start, stable and safe speed and overcurrent, overvoltage and overheating protection function. This system function is perfect, has the advantages of simple hardware structure, low cost, and has certain application value in practical engineering.
