摘要
采用Aspen Batch Distillation对喹啉、异喹啉二元体系进行间歇精馏模拟计算。研究塔板数、回流比、塔顶压力、进料组成、塔底蒸汽流量、精馏时间对塔顶喹啉质量分数和收率的影响。得出较优的间歇精馏参数:塔板数为60,回流比为8,塔顶压力为6 k Pa,进料喹啉质量分数为70%,塔釜蒸汽流量为30 kg/h,精馏时间为16 h。此时,塔顶喹啉的纯度最高可达99.2%,收率为71.0%。
Using Aspen Batch Distillation, batch distillation of quinoline-isoquinoline binary system was simulated and calculated. The effect of the number of plates, reflux ratio, condenser pressure, feed composition,reboiler steam flow rate and distillation time on the content and yield of quinoline separation was studied. The optimal values are as follows: the number of plates 60, reflux ratio 8, the condenser pressure 6 k Pa, the feed quinoline content 70%, the reboiler steam flowrate 30 kg/h and the distillation time 16 h. The purity and the yield of quinoline reach 99.2% and 71.0%, respectively, under the optimal batch distillation conditions.
