我国西部民族地区在国家政策推动下社会阶层结构发生了剧烈的变化,原有的社会阶层结构重新分化和整合,新的社会阶层结构逐渐形成。社会阶层的变化在促进西北民族地区现代化进程的同时也引发了各种矛盾冲突。应对这样的情况,国家和政府必须站在全局的角度,预想到将会发生的变化,提前做好准备,将挑战转化成机遇,全面建设社会主义和谐社会。

The social stratum structure of our country＇s west minority nationality area changes tremendously. The original social stratum structure differentiates and integrates again,and the brand new social stratum structure is forming gradually. This change brings both opportunities and challenges. Facing this,our government should stand in a global perspective,get full prepared foreseeing,transform the challenges into opportunities,and build the harmonious society roundly.
