摘要
从理论上阐明了抛落式工作磨机内钢球离心力的大小、方向与转速率之间的变化规律 .结果表明 ,钢球离心力随着转速率的增加而逐渐增大到其极大值 (可达全部钢球重力的 34%左右 )后开始减小 ,直至为零 ;该离心力与垂直轴的夹角则随着转速率的增加而逐渐减小至极小值 (约 2 5° - 2 9°)后开始增大 .
The changing rules between centrifugal force of steel balls and speed of grinding mill have been set forth in this paper.The results show that,with the increase of the speed of the ball mill,centrifugal force increases gradually to its maximum value (about 34% of the total weight of all steel balls) and then begins to decrease until zero,and at the same time,the angle between centrifugal force and its vertical axis decreases from about 90 0 to its minimum value (about 25 0) and then begins to increase.A conclusion can be drawn from this that centrifugal force is one of the main factors causing stronger vibration of a mill operated at high speed.
