聚肌胞、阿比朵尔诱导产生干扰素最短时效研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨干扰素(IFNs)诱导剂聚肌胞、阿比朵尔从鼻腔给药,分别诱导呼吸道局部黏膜产生足量干扰素的最短时间和达到平台期的时间。方法用聚肌胞溶液(A组)、阿比朵尔溶液(B组)和注射用水溶液(C组)分别从鼻腔滴入,连续给药1~6 d、于第2天开始分别采集各组实验动物鼻腔分泌物,检测干扰素含量,各小组间进行比较分析。实验动物为昆明种小鼠,实验组156只,其中A组(聚肌胞组)、B组(阿比朵尔组)各78只;C组(对照组)13只,共计169只。结果 (1)聚肌胞、阿比朵尔通过鼻腔给药,1 d就可以诱导呼吸道黏膜产生足量IFNs。(2)持续通过鼻腔给予聚肌胞、阿比朵尔,随着给药时间的延长,呼吸道分泌物中的干扰素的含量呈增长趋势,逐步达到平台期。(3)通过鼻腔滴入适量聚肌胞溶液从第5天开始,诱导呼吸道黏膜产生的干扰素达到平台期。(4)通过鼻腔滴入适量阿比朵尔溶液从第4天开始,诱导呼吸道黏膜产生的干扰素达到平台期。(5)整个实验过程中,动物对鼻腔滴入上述制剂,都有较好的适应性。结论聚肌胞、阿比朵尔通过鼻腔给药,1 d均可诱导呼吸道局部黏膜产生足量干扰素,逐步增多达到较高水平的平台期的时间分别为5 d和4 d。 Objective To discuss the shortest time for the interferon inducers Poly(I:C) and Arbidol to produce enough interferon in the local respiratory tract mucosa and the time to reach a plateau by administration.Methods We respectively gave experimental animals poly(I:C)(group A), Arbidol(group B) and water for injection(group C, control group) for nasal adminstration for 1~6 days, and then collected the nasal secretions since one day after the drug administration, detected the contents of interferon and compared the difference between two groups.There were a total of 169 Kunming mice, as experimental animals, with 78 in group A and 78 in group B, 13 in group C.Results(1) Poly(I:C) and Arbidol can induce adequate IFNs in the respiratory tract mucosa since the first day of nasal administration.(2) After the continuous stimulation of Poly(I:C) and Arbidol, we found that contents of interferon in respiratory tract secretions increased gradually, and finally reached to the plateau.(3) Poly(I:C) can induce respiratory tract mucosa to produce interferon to reach a plateau since the fifth day of nasal administation.(4) Arbidol can induce respiratory tract mucosa to produce interferon to reach a plateau since the fourth day of nasal administation.(5) All experimental animals had good adaptability to the above inducers during the whole experiment process.Conclusion Nasal administration of both Poly(I:C) and Arbidol can induce respiratory tract mucosa to produce enough interferon from the first day while their times of reaching to a plateau were respectively 5 days(Polyinosinic)and 4 days(Arbidol).
