药物防治后发性白内障的研究进展

Advances in the drugs for prevention and treatment of posterior capsule opacification

后发性白内障是现代白内障囊外摘除术后最常见的并发症,是影响术后视力的主要原因。近年来,国内外学者从药理学方面研究防治后发性白内障,取得了不少的进展。本文就药物预防后发性白内障的作用机制和进展做一综述。

Posterior capsule opacification（PCO） is the most common complication after cataract extraction with intraocular lens（IOL） implantation. It is the main factor influencing the postoperative visual acuity. In recent years, scholars at home and abroad from pharmacology study of preventing PCO made a lot of progress. This review made a summary on the mechanism and progress in the drugs for the prevention and treatment of PCO.
