复杂性肾结石手术治疗的新进展

Progress of surgical operation in the treatment of complicated renal calculi

外科手术是治疗复杂性肾结石的重要手段。近年已有多种手术方法应用于治疗复杂性肾结石,如腹腔镜取石术、经皮肾镜取石术及传统开放手术等。每种手术方式均有其优劣性,如何选择手术方式,目前仍无具体的临床循证医学依据。本文就上述三种术式治疗复杂性肾结石的适应证及禁忌证予以综述。

Surgical operation was an important method for the treatment of complex renal calculi. Many kinds of operation methods were performed in recent years, including laparoscopic lithotomy, percutaneous nephrolithotomy and traditional open operation, etc. Each method had its advantages and disadvateges. There was still no evidence based medical data in selecting the mode of operation. This paper reviewed and discussed the indications and contraindications of three procedures in the treatment of complicated renal calculi so as to standardize the complex renal calculi.
