摘要
介绍了圆钢水冷却过程的传热机理及温度场的理论解和数值解 .结合 4 0 0MPaⅢ级螺纹钢筋控轧控冷改造 ,利用有限元软件ANSYS模拟了控制轧制时圆钢的温度场 ,并通过试验进行检验 。
The paper introduces the mehchanism of heat transfer and its theoretical and numerical solution in the course of round bar's cooling.In combination of reform of 400 MPaⅢ class reinforced bar,the paper adopts a FEM software ANSYS to simulate the temperature field of round bar in the course of control rolling,tests the result on the basis of the experiment and therefore provides theoretical and experimental foundation for the reconstructed process.
