摘要
在文献复习与整理的基础上,回顾乡村医生的管理发展进程,梳理管理中存在的问题与不足,并提出相关建议,为今后管理政策的完善和农村卫生事业的发展奠定基础。
The article reviews the process of rural doctors management development and teases the problem and shortcomings which is based on literature reviewing and arranging. It puts forward related suggestions so as to lay the foundation of perfecting management policy and developing rural health service.
