悬索桥主缆作为不可更换的永久结构,其耐久性决定整个大桥的使用寿命。有些悬索桥因桥面铺装施工的周期比较长,导致主缆暴露在空气中时间比较长,主缆长时间受到环境的浸蚀,特别在南方和跨越江河海的悬索桥,传统的主缆缠丝和涂装防护及拆除猫道作为成桥最后一道工序,对主缆的质量产生很大的影响。主缆缠丝后的防护的油污和防护的散落物也会影响桥面铺装的质量与外观,介绍了悬索桥先主缆缠丝后铺装缠丝施工质量控制要点。

Being regarded as a permanent structure which is not replaceable,main cables of a suspension bridge determine the service life of the bridge with its durability. As some suspension bridges are provided with a too long period for the deck paving,resulting in that main cables are exposed to the air a long time when they are suffering from erosion in the environment,particularly the suspension bridges in the south or crossing the rivers or the seas. Traditionally,main cable wrapping and coating for protection and removal of Catwalk are always arranged at the final step,thus it significantly impacts the quality of main cables. Also,the oil contamination and debris by coating for protection after main cable wrapping may influence the quality of bridge deck paving and appearance.This text introduces key points for controlling construction quality in paving the wrapping after wrapping the primary main cable of a suspension bridge.
