泡沫温拌沥青混合料在辽阳北石线的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 温拌沥青混合料是一种高节能低排放型沥青路面材料,其具有大幅度降低沥青混合料生产能耗、减少废气和粉尘排放的优点,并且能够延长北方寒冷地区沥青路面施工工期。结合辽阳北石线公路工程中AC-13泡沫温拌沥青混合料的应用,研究其配合比设计、路用性能、施工工艺并对路面进行相关检测。结果表明:泡沫温拌沥青混合料的路用性能均满足相关规范要求。 Warm mixture asphalt is a high energy- saving and emissions- reduction pavement asphalt material,the warm asphalt technologyreduce substantially energy consumption, harmful gas and dust in the production of asphalt mixture,and expand asphalt pavementconstruction period in cold region. Combined with the application of AC- 13 foamed warm- mix asphalt base in Beishi line road project at Liaoyang,the mix proportion design,road performance and construction technology of AC- 13 foamed warm- mix asphalt are studied,and the pavement is detected. The result show that the foamed warm- mix asphalt has acceptable road performance satisfying with requirements of specification.
