新老路基雨季强夯加固施工质量控制

摘要 针对改扩建工程路基雨季施工技术,提出撒布碎石辅助强夯加固路基,并通过实体工程试验段测试评价。结果表明:路基结合部位薄弱,压实度难以控制;采用撒布碎石辅助强夯,使路基结合部位弯沉降低了17.48%,回弹值提高了23.8%;在强夯10击下,撒布碎石辅助强夯的压实度达到95.3%;因此,采用撒布碎石辅助雨季强夯加固路基的方法是有效的。 This paper studies the expansion project subgrade reinforcement techniques during the rainy season. It presents a method which spreading crushed stone to help subgrade dynamic compaction. It tested the performance indicators of Entity engineering test section. The results showed that: Subgrade binding sites is very weak; the degree of compaction is difficult to control. The deflection of subgrade binding site decreased 17. 48% and the rebound value of subgrade binding site increased 23. 8% when using spread crushed stone dynamic compaction. And the degree of compaction reached 95. 3% when the number of dynamic compaction is 10 hit. So,the method which using spread crushed stone helping dynamic compaction subgrade is very effective.
