光子治疗仪照射联合黄马酊外敷在Ⅱ期压疮护理中的应用

Application of Photon Therapeutic Apparatus and Huangma Tincture on Stage Ⅱ Pressure Ulcer

目的观察光子治疗仪照射联合黄马酊湿敷治疗Ⅱ期压疮的临床疗效。方法将100例Ⅱ期压疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组用光子治疗仪照射联合黄马酊湿敷,对照组用安普贴外敷治疗。结果两组治疗均能促进压疮愈合,但治疗组效果显著优于对照组,且愈合时间更短。结论光子治疗仪照射联合黄马酊湿敷治疗Ⅱ期压疮效果显著,其疗效优于安普贴外敷,且可以缩短平均愈合时间。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of photon therapeutic apparatus irradiation and Huangma Tincture wet dressing on stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer. Methods： 100 cases of pressure ulcer were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by photon therapeutic apparatus irradiation combine with Huangma Tincture wet dressing. The control group was treated by algoplaque. Results： Two groups could promote pressure ulcer recovery. However, in the treatment group ,the treatment effect and the the healing time were superior to those of the control group. Conclusion： Photon therapeutic apparatus irradiation combine with Huaagma Tincture wet dressing which is better than algoplaque,could effectively cure stage Ⅱ pressure ulcer and shorten the average healing time,.
