矿用汽车管理是矿山管理的一个重要组成部分,这荐工作开展的好坏,直接影响到矿山开采效率的发挥和成产成本控制效果,文章针对包钢白云铁矿矿用汽车管理中存在的问题和不足,提出合适的管理方法以加强矿用汽车的管理,实现"以最小的成本,获取最大的收益"的目的,促进降本增效。

The management of mining trucks is an important part in mine management,so whether it is good or not could directly influence the mining efficiencies and control of production costs. In the paper,the suitable management methods are proposed to strengthen the management of mining trucks so that the goal of obtaining maximum profits with minimum costs could be achieved in order to promote the cost reduction and efficiencies increase aiming at the existing problems and deficiencies in management of mining trucks in Baiyunebo Iron Mine.
