摘要
文章结合包钢球团生产实践,对包钢球团用精矿粉的物理性能和连晶性进行了系统研究,其结果可以为包钢生产实践提供理论依据。试验结果表明,5种精矿性能各异,其成球性指数均属中等成球性,但其中的C矿比表面积最大,粒度最粗,连晶性能较差,配矿时应加以注意。
In the article,the physical properties and performances of crystal stock of concentrate fines for producing pellets in Baotou Steel are studied combined with the practices of producing pellets. The results could provide the theoretical basis for production practices. The test results show that the performances of the five kinds of concentrate are various. The indexes of their sphericity are all medium,while the specific area and granularity of C are the biggest as well as its performances of crystal stock is poorer so that it should be paid attention to in ore proportioning.
