摘要
文章主要以C900A材质的钢轨为例,结合包钢轨梁厂电淬火生产线设备改造后,开发欧洲标准热处理钢轨实验中的相关数据,对白亮层的微观组织结构、产生原因和产生位置进行分析,简述影响白亮层产生的因素,并提出控制措施。
In the paper,the microstructure,causes and position of white layer are analyzed by taking the C900 A rails as an example and combining with the relative data in the experiment of developing heat treated rails with the European standard after reform the production line of electro hardening in Rail and Beam Plant of Baotou Steel. Moreover,the factors influencing causes for white layer are briefly elaborated and the control measures are proposed.
