Applications of TDC Control System in Temper Mill Set of Cold Rolling

文章对TDC控制系统在包钢薄板坯连铸连轧厂冷轧平整中应用进行了较全面的介绍,该控制系统在生产过程中主要完成延伸率控制、液压辊缝控制、物料跟踪、主传动的传动速度控制和张力控制等功能。文章着重介绍了支撑辊HAGC液压辊缝控制系统功能和轧制过程延伸率控制模式的实现,从而改善钢带表明质量和板型,同时增加钢板机械性能。

In the paper,it is introduced the applications of TDC control system in leveling of cold rolling in CSP Plant of Baotou Steel more completely. The control system is mainly for controlling elongation,hydraulic roll gap,transmission speed of main drive,tension and material tracking in productions. Moreover,it is emphasized the implementation of functions for hydraulic automatic back- up roll gap control system and control mode of elongation in the rolling so that the surface quality and template of steel strips as well as the mechanical properties of steel plates could be improved.
