Influence factors of PBT resin quality

探讨了影响PBT树脂品质的因素,分析了原料PTA品质、BDO品质、催化剂加入量、配料的量比、温度、真空度和生产负荷对最终产品PBT各品质指标所产生的明显影响,从而得出了生产工艺稳定、过程控制稳定是生产高品质PBT的首要条件。

The factors that have effect on the quality of PBT resin were discussed. The effects of the quality of raw material PTA,BDO quality,catalyst added amount,ingredients ratio,temperature,vacuum degree and production load on each quality index of PBT final product were analysed. The results showed that a stable production process and process control stability is the primary condition to produce high quality PBT.
