摘要
某电厂300 MW汽轮发电机组在运行过程中发生低压转子0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb动叶片断裂事故。利用化学成分分析、力学性能检测、显微组织分析及断口分析等方法对叶片断裂原因进行了综合分析。结果表明:叶片断裂的主要机理为腐蚀疲劳断裂,即叶片在循环激振力作用下沿腐蚀坑形成疲劳裂纹并扩展,直至断裂。针对本次叶片断裂原因,提出应加强机组汽水品质监测及对叶片安装过程和运行状态进行监督等建议。
The low-pressure rotor 0Cr17Ni4Cu4Nb blade of a 300 MW steam turbine was broken when the unit was running. The methods of chemical composition analysis, mechanical properties measurement, microstructure observation and fracture patterns examination were used in order to analyze fracture cause of blade. The results showed that the main fracture mechanics of blade was corrosion-fatigue cracking. The cracks generated from corrosion pits and extended when the circulate stress was acted on blade. Suggested to monitor the steam-water quality and running state in installing and running.
