摘要
烟气调质技术是通过注入调质剂改变烟气或飞灰颗粒的物理、化学特性,变难收颗粒为易收颗粒,从而提高电除尘器除尘效率的一项技术。介绍了2家火电厂加装SO3-NH3烟气调质系统的应用情况:从运行数据可以看出,加装烟气调质系统后,除尘器出口的烟尘质量浓度均有明显下降,同时还可节约运行费用。分析认为,烟气调质技术具有广阔的应用前景。
Gas conditioning technology is that of changing the quenching agent by injecting smoke or dust physical and chemical properties, making the difficult catching dust easy collection, thus improving ESP collection efficiency. Described the two power plants to install flue gas quenching system applications. As could be seen from the operating data, after the installation of flue gas quenching systems, soot mass concentration of dust exports had decreased significantly, while also saving operating costs. The application showed that gas conditioning technology had broad application prospects.
