基于图示化台账的变电站备件标准化管理体系设计与应用

Design and Application of Spare Part Standardization Management System Based on Graphical Records

针对在变电站检修工作中备品备件存在的无库存、备件与记录不符等问题,提出基于图示化台账的变电站备件标准化管理体系,该体系包括建立备品备件需求台账、完善的备品备件存放格局、完备的备品备件管理体系三个方面。建立管理体系后,实现了各个备件标注清晰、登记详细、管理有序,有效缩减了找取设备备品备件的时间,提高了日常处理缺陷与预试的效率。

During the maintenance of substation, the spare part management often has such problems as none in stock and unmatched spare parts. This paper improves the problems of spare part management and creatively puts forward spare part standardization management system based on graphical records. It includes three aspects： the establishment of standing book demand, the complete of stocking pattern for spare parts, the complete management system of spare parts. After establishing the management systems, management for various parts is orderly with clear notes and written down in details. In this way, it effectively reduces the time for finding and getting spare parts and improves the efficiency of dealing with daily deficiencies and pre-trial.
