摘要 利用有限元法对结构进行动态特性的仿真已经广泛应用,但其计算结果精度受到各种参数的影响。因此,通过试验模态数据对仿真结果进行修正,并提高分析模型准确度是十分必要的。文中以某导弹发射装置为研究背景,提出了基于LMS Test.Lab对其进行结构分析的混合仿真方法。该方法表明导弹发射架设计存在应力危险区域,故在此仿真结果的基础上对其进行了设计改进。此方法对导弹发射架的结构设计有实际的工程应用价值。 Finite element simulation method for dynamic characteristics of the structure had been widely used,but the accuracy of the result was affected by various parameters. Thus it is necessary to improve the accuracy of the analysis model by using experimental modal data to correct simulation results. The method of structural analysis of the missile launchers was proposed based on LMS Test. Lab hybrid simulation in the research background of missile launching. Hybrid simulation result showed dangerous stress region in the missile launcher design,then we improved the missile launcher structure based on the simulation result. The method shows its application value on missile launcher’s structural design in engineering.
