金冶炼酸性含砷废水处理工艺研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对某金冶炼厂酸性含砷废水,研究了采用石灰‐漂白粉‐硫酸亚铁法和石灰‐聚合硫酸铁‐PAM法除砷。试验结果表明:2种方法均可有效去除砷,但石灰‐聚铁‐PAM法试剂成本更低;用石灰调废水pH在9~10,控制聚铁添加量为m(聚铁)/m(As)=15/1,PAM添加量为12g/m^3,搅拌反应时间为10min,沉降时间为1.5~2.0h,处理后的废水可达标排放。 By lime‐chlorinated lime‐ferrous sulfate process and lime‐polymeric ferric sulfate‐PAM process ,removal of arsenic from the arsenic‐containing acidic wastewater from a gold metallurgical plant was researched .The results show that the wastewater can be emission on standard after being treated by the two processes but the later is with lower cost .The best conditions are pH of 9 -10 , m(PFS)/m(As)of 15/1 ,PAM addition of 12 g/m^3 ,agitating time of 10 min ,settling time of 1 .5-2 .0 h .
