摘要
为实现备件数量科学确定与合理优化,建立基于使用寿命的备件需求预测模型。从收集数据、确定分布、分布假设检验和确定需求方面对模型进行介绍,并基于模型装备故障数据,通过实例对模型进行验证分析。结果表明:该模型是有效、可行的,可为相关研究提供参考。
Determine the number of spare parts for the realization of scientific and rational optimization, spare parts demand forecasting model based on the establishment of life. From the collection of the data, to determine the distribution, the distribution of hypothesis testing to determine the needs and introduce the model, and based on the model and equipment failure data, the model is validated by example analysis. The results show that the model is effective, feasible and can provide a reference for related research.
