Automated Control System for Compound Explosive Components Assembly Machine

This paper introduces the design characteristics of automatic control system of composite initiator automatic assembly, using process flow, advanced automatic control technology of composite explosive and its innovation points and difficult points, for the purpose of design, production of composite initiator compound automatic assembly machine main principle and structure. The results show that the composite initiator automatic assembly machine not only can improve the consistency and stability of production efficiency, product quality, but also can greatly reduce operating personnel density, reduce production and management costs.
