从南网技术监督中心建设的必要性、中心架构设计、功能设计、建设亮点及应用情况等方面介绍了平台的建设及应用研究情况。南方电网技术监督中心的建设实现了全网各分省公司设备台账、试验、缺陷及故障等数据的有效融合,并结合在线监测的故障监测信息,通过数据的分析比对,将技术监督工作由"事后分析"的传统模式转变为"事前预警"的创新型模式。

This paper introduced the platform construction and the research from necessity, center architecture design, function design, construction highlights and application of the technical supervision center construction in CSG. The technical supervision center con- struction achieved the effective fusion of equipment parameter, defect, test and fault data in various provincial company, combined with fault monitoring information of online monitoring, through the analysis and comparison of the above data, the technical supervision from the traditional pattern of ＂postmortem analysis ＂ turned into ＂advance warning＂ creative mode.
