摘要
因监管不力导致野蛮施工误剪割电缆引发220千伏贵筑Ⅱ回209开关跳闸的事件,就此次事件进行分析,提出了相应的防范措施。
Rough construction and miscut due to poor regulation lead to the trip fault of the 209 switch of 220 kV Guizhu U line. This paper analyzed the incident and putted forward corresponding preventive measures.
