摘要
个人学习环境是基于网络技术,以学习者为中心,控制和管理学习者学习的一种学习环境。在这个环境中学习者依据自身的需求和特点,自主选择学习工具和资源,安排学习内容和活动,进行自主学习,最后实现自己的目标。个人学习环境最大的特点在于集合了一系列的服务和软件,但其主动权和控制权全都在学习者自身。从学习生态学看,个人学习环境强调动态的学习、不同知识的转换、形成共同体。本文试图从学习生态学视角初步探讨个人学习环境的八要素(需求、目标、任务、资源、工具、活动、共同体、评价)及三模型(基于博客、SNS、个性化首页)。
Personal learning environment is a learning environment based on technology, learner-cen-tered, control and manager for learner. In this environment, according to their own needs and characteristics, the learner choose the learning tools and resources, arrange learning content and activities for self-study, and finally achieve their goals. The biggest feature of personal learning environment is the collection a range of services and software, but it depends on the initiative and control power of the learners themselves. Personal learning support personalized learning, lifelong learning and informal learning. From learning ecology, per-sonal learning environment emphasizes dynamic learning, different knowledge conversion, and formation of the Community. This article explore six elements of personal learning environments ( Needs, goals, tasks, resources, tools, activities, community, evaluation) and three models ( based on blog, SNS and Personal-ized Home).
