21世纪英国小学科学教学的特色及启示

摘要 进入21世纪以来,英国为了保持小学科学的世界领先地位,采取了一系列教学改革措施,使得小学科学教学别具特色。这体现为教学观念上渗透素养、本质教学;教学内容上紧随时代、统一灵活;教学方式上调查探究、个性民主;教学评价上教师主导、教评合一;教学资源上深度支持、成就激励。其特色与经验启示我们,要转变价值取向,促进本质教学操作化;改革课堂教学,增强调查探究实践性;改进评价策略,提升教评活动契合度;调整相应措施,加速科学教师专业化。 The British has taken a series of reform measures to keep the world leading position of sci-ence teaching in primary school, and made it distinctive since 21 st Century. It attaches great importance to the literacy and the nature of education in the teaching philosophy. The teaching content is both unified and flexible following the age, the teaching method takes democratic research and explore as the center, the teaching evaluation is dominated by teachers together with teaching activities and the teaching resources sup-port and motivate the teaching activities in the very great degree. Its characteristics and experience enlighten us that we should change the value orientation, promote the operation of the nature of teaching, reform the classroom teaching, enhance the practice of research and exploration, improve evaluation strategy to fit the teaching activities and adjust internal and external measures to accelerate the professionalization of science teacher.
