全日制硕士专业学位研究生培养的开放协同模式改革探索 被引量:7

摘要 全日制专业学位研究生教育目标的职业性、应用性的特点决定了校企开放协同培养研究生是一种行之有效的培养模式。实践表明,通过构建"二元一体"的研究生联合培养实践基地、签署《专业学位研究生校内外导师岗位职责书》、校企协同全程参与研究生培养、做好研究生管理与服务等有利于推进硕士专业学位研究生培养的校企开放协同模式。同时,专业学位研究生协同培养中存在以下改进空间:校外导师参与课程教学、加强学位论文过程管理、加强研究生就业服务及建立校企战略联盟。 The occupational and application characters of full-time professional degree graduate education goals make the school-enterprises’ open and collaboration graduate training very effective. In recent years, by building binary training basement of postgraduate, Guangdong Pharmacy College has signed the liability state-ment of postgraduate tutor both inside and outside school. And through the joint training of school and enter-prise, postgraduates have enjoyed a better service in the training of advance Chinese Material Medic Master. Partition has proved that collaborative culture still need improvement in many aspects such as: outside tutors’ participation in curriculum teaching, the dissertation process management, graduate student employment serv-ices and establishing strategic alliance between higher vocational colleges.
