This paper mainly introduces the application of the surveying and mapping files in the argument report of eonstruetion project,especially in flood control impact construction project,which need many years＇ surveying and mapping files. So that the river regime evolution and changes in scour and silting situation can be counted and analysed,to draw the corresponding conclusion.And engineering measures and other related suggestions were raised.
