摘要
素质教育一直是高等职业教育改革和创新的重点和热点问题。"五化一体"范式的职业素质教育创新体系,以坚持人本性、凸显职业性为主要特点,以"培养高素质高技能型人才"为目标使命,融项目化的内容、多样化的载体、学分化的管理、标准化的检验和制度化的管理于一体,体现了"学中做,做中学、教学做合一"的教育理念,促进了学生知识、技能和素质的协调发展,对高职院校素质教育的实施具有一定示范和辐射功能。
Quality education has been the focus and hot issue of higher vocational education reform and innovation. "Five in one" paradigm of vocational quality education innovation system insists on the human nature, highlights the occupation, and has the goal to cultivate high-quality high skilled talents. The system integrates the content of the project, a variety of carriers, credit management, standardized test and institutionalized management with each other. It embodies the educational concept of"learning in doing, doing in learning, the integration of teaching and learning", promotes the coordinated development of students' knowledge, skills, and quality, and it has certain function of demonstration and radiation in the implementation of the quality-oriented education for higher vocational colleges.
