摘要
案例教学是实现大学本科生培养模式创新的有效手段,已在许多学科特别是在管理学科的教学中得到较为广泛地应用,但其实施的效果却因应用学校实际情况不同而异。文章以本科会计学、财务管理案例教学效果调查问卷为载体,在对调查问卷进行效度和信度分析的基础上,通过描述性分析和回归分析发现:教师能力和态度、案例质量、教师案例教学水平对案例教学效果有显著影响。因此,提升案例教学效果要从这三方面着手,关键是要提高教师教学能力、形成正确的教学态度。
The case teaching is an useful attempt to achieve undergraduate training innovation and has been widely applied.Based on validity and reliability analysis of the questionnaire upon under-graduate accounting and finance case teaching effects,this essay drew the conclusion that the abil-ity and attitudes of teachers,case quality and the level of teacher case teaching have a significant affect on case teaching effects by descriptive and regression analysis.Therefore,the above three aspects should be considered to enhance case teaching effect and the most critical things are to im-prove teacher capability and shape a correct teaching attitude.The research results are hoped to provide a reference for school case teaching reform.
