韩国文化治理现代化的历程及经验研究

Research on the Process and Experience of South Korean Culture Management Modernization

"韩流"的迅速崛起,主要得益于韩国政府长期致力于推进文化治理现代化。韩国文化治理现代化的历程可以划分为"意识形态化"、"法治化"、"产业化"、"创意化"、"先进化"等五个重要历史时期。本文分别从这五个历史时期回顾与探析了韩国文化治理现代化实践的阶段性特征及其创新重点,并总结了其中对我国目前文化治理有重要借鉴意义的几点主要经验。

＂The rapid rise of the Korean wave＂, mainly due to the South Korean government has long been committed to advancing the modernization of cultural management. The South Korean culture management modernization course can be divid- ed into＂ ideology＂, ＂rule by law＂, ＂industrialization＂, ＂creative＂ and ＂advanced＂ five important historical periods. This paper review and analysis respectively the stage characteristics and key points of innovation of South Korean cultural management modernization practice from the five historical and summarizes several main experience of important reference significance.
