摘要
针对铁路货物运输实现全程物流化过程中存在的两端运输问题,分析4种两端运输解决方案,即两端短途汽运外包、铁路货场的物流化基地建设、建立连接铁路货场与大型物流基地铁路联络线,以及铁路成立短途汽运部门,提出两端短途汽运外包是目前普遍采用和比较容易实现的一种解决方案,而且随着铁路两端运输条件成熟,可以采取两端短途汽运外包与铁路成立短途汽运部门相结合的组合方式,实现全程物流服务两端运输。
Targeting with problems of two-end transportation existing in railway freight transportation during the process of realizing whole-process logistics, this paper analyzes 4 solutions of two-end transportation, such as outsourcing of two-end short-distance vehicle transport, construction of logistic center in railway freight yard, construction of railway liaison line connecting railway freight yard and large-scale logistic center and establishment of short-distance vehicle transport department by railways. The paper also puts forward the solution of outsourcing of two-end short-distance transport was popularly applied and easy to realize in present, and following with the condition of railway two-end transportation was allowed, the method of combining the outsourcing of two-end short-distance vehicle transport with the establishment of short-distance vehicle transport department by railways could be applied, so as to realize two-end transportation of whole-process logistic service.
