随着广州市社会经济的发展,城市交通运作日趋紧张,综合客运枢纽建设发展未能适应经济快速增长的要求,影响广州市客运枢纽地位的提升。通过优化完善广州综合客运枢纽的功能布局,建立内外畅通、布局合理、功能完善、衔接高效的国际性综合交通枢纽,将加强广州对外辐射能力,支撑城市空间结构的发展,推动广州成为立足珠三角、服务全国、面向世界的中国南部交通枢纽中心。

With the development of social economy in Guangzhou, the operation of transportation is in-creasingly serious, the construction and development of comprehensive passenger hub can not adapt to the demand of the rapid growth of economy, which has already impacted the upgrade of the status of passen-ger hub in Guangzhou. By optimizing the functional layout of comprehensive passenger hub, international comprehensive transportation hub which is of smooth both inside and outside, reasonable layout, perfect functions, high cohesion, can be set up. It can strengthen the external radiation ability of Guangzhou, sup-port the development of spatial structure,and promote Guangzhou to be a transport hub in southern Chi-na,which is of the character of basing on the Pearl River Delta, serving the whole country, and facing the world.
