摘要
为构建交通安全特征模型,解决一定客观交通条件下驾驶人在某种违法驾驶行为时所产生的事故后果,以事故形态为目标,应用粗糙集理论,量化事故形态的各交通要素影响度,选取累加重要度为85%的交通要素,应用C4.5决策树算法,构建事故诊断决策模型。结合安徽省2008—2013年道路交通事故数据,经建模分析形成事故形态交通安全规则集,选取典型规则并给出了有针对性的对策方案。
To build traffic safety feature model and solve the accident consequences caused by the driver′s illegal driving behavior in certain objectively traffic conditions, the article proposes a new method by applying the rough set theory to quantify the influence degree of the traffic accident form factor. Then it selects the transportation element with accumulation significant degree of 85%, and applies the C4.5 decision tree algorithm to construct accident diagnosis decision models. Combined with road traffic accidents data of 2008—2013 in Anhui Province, it generates traffic safety rules of accident form through modeling and analysis, selects the typical rules and gives targeted countermeasure plan.
