沥青路面通车使用后,会受到车辆荷载和温度的反复作用,当达到一定程度后,就会产生疲劳开裂。为了分析不同玄武岩纤维掺量对沥青混凝土抗疲劳性能的影响,对不同玄武岩纤维掺量的沥青胶浆进行了动态剪切流变试验和DSR时间扫描试验,对不同纤维掺量的沥青混合料进行了弯曲疲劳试验。结果表明:玄武岩纤维能增强沥青胶浆及沥青混合料的抗疲劳性能,并随着纤维掺量的增大而增强,但受拌合分散性影响,存在最佳掺量,沥青混合料应变水平与疲劳寿命呈良好的双对数线性关系。
Asphalt pavement is repeatedly functioned by vehicle load and temperature after it′s opening to traffic. When reaching a certain degree, it will produce fatigue cracking. In order to analyze the anti-fatigue performance of asphalt concrete reinforced with different volume of basalt fiber, the dynamic shear rheological test and DSR scanning test of asphalt mortar with different volume of basalt fiber are implemented, and the bending fatigue test of asphalt mixture with different volume of fiber is implemented. The results show that basalt fiber can enhance the anti-fatigue performance of asphalt mortar and asphalt mixture, which increases with increasing fiber volume. It exists the optimal dosage influenced by mixing dispersion. Strain and anti-fatigue life of asphalt mixture has good relation of double logarithm linear.
