原癌基因Bmi-1在肿瘤形成中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 Bmi-1即B细胞特异的莫洛尼鼠白血病病毒插入位点-1基因(B-cell specific moloney murine leukemiavirus insertion site-1,Bmi-1)是一种癌基因,属于多梳基因家族(polycomb group genes Pc G)成员之一,是PRCI complex或E2F6 complex的组成成员,可调节同源盒(HOX)基因的转录[1]。
