摘要 利奈唑胺(linezolid)是第1个用于临床的口恶唑烷酮类抗菌药物,对革兰阳性菌有良好的抗菌活性,是临床上抗甲氧西林耐药金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌)(MRSA)、万古霉素耐药肠球菌(VRE)等感染的重要药物。其主要通过抑制细菌蛋白质的合成发挥抗菌活性。与其他同样作用于核糖体抑制蛋白质合成的抗生素不同(例如氯霉素、林可霉素影响肽链合成),利奈唑胺在蛋白质合成的起始阶段发生作用[1]。
